Besides the normal every 5000 mile maintenance check that I do regularly, Kathleen had a thorough check done on my Prius as I am planning on taking a long trip with it. She went over the results thoroughly with me. They found I needed to have the front brakes done (first time in 145,989 miles) and she went over the two options I had with their respective cost. I opted to have new brakes. Kathleen is a professional and a pleasure to work with! More
