Prompt and efficient Although I got there a bit early, they took me in when I arrived. I was told the recall service would take up to 3 hours, but it was just 2 1/2 hours Although I got there a bit early, they took me in when I arrived. Apparently the serviceman who drove the car must have tossed something on the passenger's seat on top of a bag I had there. It contained a glass chimney for a lamp. This was smashed, but I did not know until I got home or I would have said something. More
