It was obvious to me that the service rep probably came while I was in the bathroom and did not come back out "looking for me" for another hour later As a longtime customer, I value the service provided by the dealership. However, my time is valuable and an excessive wait time is not tolerable More

Called that evening to see if I could receive the 10% credit and left a message with “Joseph,” whom, I believe, was a call center person, not someone located in Wappingers. He said that someone would get back to me. No one did. I called on Tuesday and left a message with Dena Ramondo’s voice mail asking her to call back. She never called. I checked Lindsay Mahavik’s name below because her name was printed on my receipt. However, I had no interaction with her and she should not be judged by this review. I wrote a review earlier this week but I’m unsure it was actually submitted. It is now Friday and I have not been contacted by anyone from DCH Toyota! More
