inspection sticker I was disappointed that I made an appointment for March 1st for an inspection and oil change . I picked up my car and noticed the sticker was punched I was disappointed that I made an appointment for March 1st for an inspection and oil change . I picked up my car and noticed the sticker was punched For February. I did drop my car off the night before purely for convenience since my appointment was at 8 am. March 1st. When I called the same day as the car pick up I was told I had to make arrangements to bring the car back and be reinspected. Really? It passed but the month of the sticker was wrong . An aside which was not a big deal actually funny the speedometer was switched to km from miles per hour. Not a big deal I drove around the block and they changed it showing me it was only a button. I have a 2013 Avalon Hybrid with a dead 12 volt battery. I did not drive my 2013 Avalon Hybrid sedan for about 3 months. The 12-volt battery was dead as a result. Allison Croshier was flexible as I could n I did not drive my 2013 Avalon Hybrid sedan for about 3 months. The 12-volt battery was dead as a result. Allison Croshier was flexible as I could not bring in my car on time as I had to wait for AAA to jump start my car. She was able to locate a battery from another dealer and fixed my car in 3.5 hours. Allison was courteous and professional. More
