The sales and service dept employees at DCH Wappinger Falls Toyota are by far the most professional men and women. On 03/24/2010 I bought my 2009 Highlander in for a service for the first time and I am Falls Toyota are by far the most professional men and women. On 03/24/2010 I bought my 2009 Highlander in for a service for the first time and I am so impressed. Everything from making the oppointment to waiting for the car to be finished was plessurable. The work was done quickly and clean. The Service Advisor Taryn Bellino was very knowledgeable. I have been a very satisfied Toyota owner for 13 years. The personnel and service technicians at DCH Wappingers Falls Toyota are the reason why my next car will also be a Toyota. I am always greeted with a smile and quick service by the customer reps. Taryn Bellino is a most outstanding employee, always courteous, helpful, and professional. You are made to feel that your needs are of the utmost importance to Taryn. She is willing to spend unlimited amounts of time to help aid you with any problems. And so patient! Joey, the van chauffeur is always available to drive me back and forth if mechanical work is needed. A great addition to the Toyota staff! Friendly and courteous, too! Mike Zimmerman, the mechanic, has been taking care of my '97 4Runner for years, and keeps it running perfectly. Last summer, he spent a lot of time explaining and demonstrating the mechanical problems I was experiencing. All problems were solved by Mike! Thanks DCH Toyota! You are the BEST!
