She has been in the business for a long time, and it was clear she knows her stuff. The car was available, and while I test drove it, she arranged for an appraisal of my trade-in. An above fair appraisal, and a slightly below KBB no-haggle sales price, and we had a deal. The initial financing proposals were disappointing, so Blanca and her Manager went to work, and found a lender at more than a point lower than the original groups. Woo hoo! So I now am driving a new used low mileage Accord. Very happy with the car, and very happy with my experience at DLR. Especially Blanca... a polished mix of professionalism, courtesy and concern.
