My wife, son, and I made it a point to make DLR a stop on our car shopping tour the following Saturday. After some awful experiences at nearby conventional dealerships we made a quick decision to work with Dallas Lease Returns on our purchase. I appreciated the low key sales atmosphere and ability to check out an awesome assortment of used vehicles in an enclosed warehouse without someone following us around pressuring a sale. Once we made our decision on cars to test drive Robert helped setup the test drive and answered any questions we had and helped us with narrowing down our options. All in all we had an excellent experience and would buy another used car there again in a heartbeat. Highly recommended. More

I live 5.5 hours away so I was hesitant to purchase a vehicle that far away. Anthony put my mind at ease describing the process they go through at this dealership which is so much better than I have ever had.. No Haggling, deal with one person through the entire process. No waiting for the "finance guy to make you a deal". I chose the SUV I wanted on line and Anthony actually put my daughters and me on FaceTime so go through the vehicle and point out every tiny flaw explaining all the features of the vehicle. We were able to do all of the paperwork before I got to the dealership, This included my trade, except final signatures. Anthony reminded me that I could walk away at any time. Once at the dealership Anthony had noticed a couple of cosmetic flaws in the vehicle which he immediately wanted me to see and even sent the truck to get the tires checked out. He credited me for the flaws so I could get them fixed at my leisure. He went though all the buttons in the SUV and even set up the speaker system for me.
