When you walk into the dealership you get an immediate sense of comfort, it does not appear so "high end" that you are uncomfortable if you are not in that tax bracket, nor is it the run down look of those typical "buy-here-pay-here" establishments. It is very approachable and well polished, as are the sales agents. I worked with Kerron Sayers, who in my humble opinion, is what sales agents should be. He was very knowledgeable about the product, very surprising considering all of the makes and models they have, and was also very patient when I was combing over the vehicle tooth and nail. Kerron was not in the least bit pushy or aggressive with the sale, nor was he so hands off that you felt like his attention was elsewhere. He truly let me make the decision, and provided full transparency of the vehicle and its history before I was at the signing table with the Carfax. I was not passed around from person to person or told the infamous "let me go talk to my finance guy", it was all Kerron. I would also like to commend the leadership style of Kris Gaerlan, who is easily noticed by his positive attitude and uplifting demeanor, and is also not afraid to get in the trenches and inquire if the client needs are being met, "Would you like some water?". I can only imagine how contagious his attitude is day in and day out, it clearly shows in the morale of the service team. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is considering purchasing a pre-owned vehicle. As for me, my next automobile purchase will be at Dallas Lease Returns. More

When I arrived later in the day he had it ready to go in the front so I can take it for a test drive to see what I thought. Well, needless to say, an hour later it was mine and the transaction could not be any easier. We talk numbers, including an extended warranty, and after agreeing on an amount for my trade-in the deal was done. The only delay was on my side due to me leaving the next for spring break so it took an extra week for the money and keys to exchange hands. More
