During my online search, I ran across Dallas Lease Returns and spoke with James via instant message on the dealership's website. He called me to further our conversation and we discussed my needs and what I wanted to achieve. James did not try to oversell or up-sell me on a vehicle or .products I didn't want or need. James helped me zero in on the perfect vehicle to fit the bill including price, size, performance, and terms. I didn't have any transportation, so James picked me up from home in the vehicle I chose to purchase and was patient enough to help me run a few errands before we went back to the dealership to complete the paperwork, which James had ready to go when we arrived. It took no more than half an hour to complete the paperwork and I was out the door with my new car. I did not have to go into a dealership and deal with a salesman following me around or spend 4 hours picking out a car, test driving, waiting for finance approval, then signing all the documents. Instead, James had my finance approval, and all paperwork ready to go when I arrived and I had already driven the vehicle on the way back from James picking me up at home. I am completely happy with my vehicle purchase and the service I received from James. The vehicles at Dallas Lease Returns are nice, gently used vehicles sold at an extraordinarily reasonable price.
