This is my first car from a dealership and I couldn’t have asked for a better expirience. I ran into a few financial problem throughout the process but james was able to help work around those and get the loan approved and I get to pick up my mustang gt premium tomorrow morning and I couldn’t be happier, excellent service all around, the front desk lady was very nice to greet me and my friend even though I was 18 year old kid coming to buy the car, most dealership blew me off because of my age but james never doubted me and we got it done! He was extremely thorough in explaining anything and everything I asked of him, he's extremely prompt and responsive to text and email - his all-around customer service is top notch. He also let me test drive the car overnight, which was the best business decision ever. It gave me a chance to fall in love with the car to the point that I didn't want to give it back. I could have gotten the same model car with virtually the same mileage for several thousand less at another dealership, but they gave me the run around, and I was HAPPY to pay extra for Roel and DLR's amazing customer service and policies. I felt taken care of not only from start to finish, but past the point of handing over the check. I HIGHLY recommend Roel and his team and will continue to recommend them to my friends and family for future purchases. More
