In other words your not "swarmed" by a mob of people and there is no going back and forth between managers etc...Overall it was great experience! I will offer this one piece of advice though, if your remotely interested in of their vehicles, put the $200 deposit down to hold the vehicle! If you don't it's still considered on the market! More

There was no pressure, no negotiations, price was already on website and Autotrader. Price was very competitive. I also received a fair price on my trade in. Drove the car home the same day. A few items needed to be corrected and were taken care of fully. Car had power train warranty left from Ford. Was given a 3 month warranty as well. Roel went out of his way to make sure that I was fully satisfied and any items addressed. He always follows up on any calls or emails. Very professional. More

The day we met Yulian we Walked away feeling at ease with the entire process, he was never pushy or aggressive in any way, but extremely attentive. We felt like we were his only customers and that he truly cared about us and our family. I remember walking away the day we met him and my husband and I saying "that is a good man" you could just tell he had good character and was a man of integrity. He truly had our best interest in mind. My husband and I work 7pm-7am as nurses and Yulian was more than willing to accommodate our crazy schedule. He stayed after his normal working hours and never once rushed us. The day we finalized the process he even brought the car to us in Wylie! Who does that?!! Talk about customer service! Another thing I wanted to mention is the day we finalized the deal we were going to come in after our shift and it ended up being a tough shift and I was sick and we called to reschedule. Yulian was totally understanding and told us that it worked out better anyway because he wanted to talk to one more bank. He didn't have to do that--we had already agreed to the rate the bank presented. No one else would take it upon themselves to do that when a customer had already agreed to a deal. We have a little bit of a challenging credit situation and Yulian fought to get us the absolute best rate possible! That is a true picture of honesty and integrity. I have never encountered another salesperson like Yulian and I can honestly say all of our future business will be with him. We have already told everyone we know about him and will continue to do so. We cannot say enough about what an outstanding individual he is and how he took care of us. We will never forget his kindness. What an amazing experience! More
