I put down a deposit on a new vehicle that was coming in. Salesman said it was refundable. A few days later I asked to cancel the order both by phone and in writing. They can charge your CC within minutes of ok the charge, thy are totally irresponsible when asking for the credit back. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. More

The worst customer service post-purchase I’ve ever experienced. It’s a bulk sales lot where all they care about is pushing cars out the door. As soon as you buy they don’t care about you. We had an issue with a truck the DAY we bought it. Scheduled an appt for them to look at and they diagnosed the problem and said they would repair it at no cost. Never got a call back from Dan and into they refused to repair the part. ($135 part no less). Dan refused to help, said they never promised to repair it. Bottom line, never trust this dealer and their salesman!!!! Never going back. More
