I experienced a minor issue dealing with one of the indicators on the dashboard giving error readings. From the moment that I entered the property, the car was diagnosed, Besa provided an overview as to the information relayed from the technician, and then I was sitting comfortably in the lounge area waiting for the error to be corrected. The error was corrected and I was on my way under two hours. Besa is a reflection of the highly skilled, trained comportment exhibited by the employees at DANA/Ford. More
