Lincoln road service came promptly,jump started the truck,enabling us to get to Dana. Chuck was his usual,"all over the problem" self,made sure we were taken care of quickly,and back on the road as soon as possible. What impresses my wife and I the most,however,was the fact that we've had the truck for 2 years. You would think that the early,"let's impress the new customer" approach would have worn off by now.IT HAS NOT.Chuck is as attentive now as he was when we first purchased the vehicle.
