Terrible experience at Dana where I was quoted for services I did not need after Dana performed work on my car only days before. After I was quoted an estimate for the work I allegedly needed, it felt services I did not need after Dana performed work on my car only days before. After I was quoted an estimate for the work I allegedly needed, it felt suspicious, so I went to another auto repair which confirmed there was nothing wrong with my car but that Dana had performed, let’s call it, an ‘error’, on the work they previously performed. Meanwhile, Dana had quoted me for parts and labor I did not need. Needless to say, I will never do business with them again after being a loyal customer. More
