Hi Keith, thank you for responding to my survey. To bring you up to date I brought in a second car this week to your service center and care of your service guy Anthony up front. It's my 2010 Ford Fusion. When stopping for lights or stop signs the motor vibrates a lot. Anthony advised me after speaking with your technicians that several of the bushings have to be replaced. The turnaround time to get these bushings it's approximately one week that is hopefully my next Wednesday. The cosr to make these repairs is approximately $1,300. As you can see I am putting a lot of money into these repairs for my escape $1,500 and for my 2010 Fusion $1,300 we're talking about $3,000 in repairs. I think that makes me a valued customer. By the way I have three Ford vehicles the 2013 escape and 2 2010 fusions please keep on top of this and let me know what you think thank you.
