I do not know who the young man was in the service depart was that I worked with, but he was very courteous. The service was done in the amount of time I was quoted. I'm sure it may have taken longer if something needed repair, but it's a Ford, and they are very sturdy and reliable as my family has told me since I was kid. The service waiting area is comfortable and spacious. The restrooms are hospital grade clean. The showroom is so nice it compels one to buy a new car, even if one is not needed. All in all, my service experience was excellent. More
