We had thought that replacing the battery would fix the issue, which is the much less costly repair. As you are dissatisfied with the service you have received, we recommend returning to your regular auto technician who will be better able to assist you with this and future repairs. The sarcastic tone of this response just goes to show the immaturity and lack of responsibility this dealership has to damages THEY cause. First off, the mechanic was not hurt. Secondly, it would be Dodge's responsibility to check the safety of their equipment so this does not happen. Clearly the concern for your employees is lacking. Also, why would you be dealing with my insurance because the fault of this accident is clearly only Dodges. Consumers need to be aware that if you bring your new car in for repairs at Dodge and they total it, they are not going to give you replacement value for your car. I would definitely think before having your car serviced at Danbury Dodge. If you can't trust a company to do the right thing in a situation that was completely their fault, how can you trust them in any situation. I am sure no one would want this to happen to their family.

Thank you for your feedback. We are currently working on plans that will allow for greater flexibility for oil change appointments and allow us to complete them in less time. We apologize that this solution is not available yet but we hope you will see a marked difference in the coming months. Regarding our pricing, we do track other area service centers and try to keep our pricing competitive. As an example, we have recently reduced the cost of a tire rotation to $10. While we still may have higher prices than other centers, we feel the quality of the MOPAR certified technicians and the two-year/unlimited mileage on repairs provides a good value. We appreciate your taking the time to leave us your comments--they are vital to our efforts to improve our performance. We are sorry that you found us lacking but hope in future you will notice our improvements.
