Stay far away from this dealership!! I purchased a Hyundai Santa Fe sport from them and now the service manager refuses to service my vehicle. The first reason he gave was I gave them a poor review. The second excuse from their media manager was I was rude to their service staff. Do yourself a favor and stay far away this dealership. You know it’s bad when Hyundai corporate tells you there a lot of turmoil and turnover at the dealership. It’s unfortunate that they let the service manager be a bully but when your family owns the dealership it’s hard to be fired. The best thing this dealership ever did was tell me to go a different dealership for service!! What a world of difference when I went to a different dealer they actually fixed the issue that Danbury Hyundai caused and then refused to admit they did.
