Single mom here, bought a used car at Danbury Kia Friday. Engine light came on Saturday. They refused to offer ANY assistance at all. It wasn’t until a guy friend called them that they even considere Friday. Engine light came on Saturday. They refused to offer ANY assistance at all. It wasn’t until a guy friend called them that they even considered any help and then of course, no call backs. The car was as is but I thought they’d have some ethics especially seeing it was less than 24 hours. It ended up being a low charged battery that they failed to inspect before the sale. I’m grateful for the garage that did help. I’d never recommend them More

Picked up my 2020 GMC Arcadia without any issues. The car was everything I was hoping for and not a piece of junk like I saw at other actual dealerships. Jeremy is the sales manager and book is honest trustworthy and will give you a great deal on a great car. Dan and the others in their airports and service department have been fabulous for over five years now that I’ve been dealing with them . Don’t mess around going to another dealer or Repair shop just go to see them at Danbury. It’s worth the drive even if they’re necklace by.. I will recommend them to everyone I know and they have a lifetime customer with me ! More
