Service is excellent and available for quick appointments. The only issue I have is the cost. Everything is exceptionally high and I realize all car dealership service centers are probably charg appointments. The only issue I have is the cost. Everything is exceptionally high and I realize all car dealership service centers are probably charging the same. It's just a shame to pay $600 for the brake job, oil change and tire plug. Jiffy lube is looking better and better. More

Although I did not buy a car from Danbury Kia, Christine was absolutely great in helping me get the best offer for my car for my vehicle through KBB. Although I did not buy a car from Danbury Kia, Christine was absolutely great in helping me get the best offer for my car. She took the time to explain the process and she helped me get even more money for my car. I am amazed at how helpful Christine was. Unfortunately I wasn’t looking for a specific car to trade for and they did not have it. That said I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them if they had the vehicle I wanted in inventory.
