Car towed in 7/22. They "got to it" on 7/28 and was told required new engine but covered by warranty but would take 1-1.5 weeks to complete. It is now 8/10 and have left 4 separate messages over 3 days for required new engine but covered by warranty but would take 1-1.5 weeks to complete.
