Nuno was great--worked with us to get us the Sportage we wanted and was not pushy in any way. Highly recommend him as the go-to sales guy to use. He knows his stuff, has been doing it a while, and quickly wanted and was not pushy in any way. Highly recommend him as the go-to sales guy to use. He knows his stuff, has been doing it a while, and quickly responded to our questions. The only negative is that we had to wait a while at the dealership for the financial paperwork to be processed. We were told that there were a few other people ahead of us, so the wait was understandable, but this long and awkward wait detracted from the otherwise excellent sales experience. Once we were called into Manny's office to sign all the financial paperwork, though, it was smooth sailing., Manny did a fantastic job moving through the papers for us to sign and his advance preparation of the papers helped speed things along once we sat down with him, so I cannot fault him in any way----we just found it painful to wait so long to get in to see him. And, the add-on ding-and dent (whatever they call it) policy Manny tried to sell us to help protect us when we turn the car in at the end of the lease so Kia doesn't charge us for small dings and such (obviously part of his job) was not really liked--kind of put us on the spot and even though a substantial "discount" was offered to us it would have still added significantly to our monthly payment so we declined it....It makes me nervous that Kia will be harsh with us when we turn the car in if has normal minor bumper scratches and such....Would much rather have Kia us that they are rather forgiving for normal wear-and-tear. Small note: We did not received copies of the lease paperwork until I called a few days later. Manny immediately emailed me the paperwork so I am set, so all is good. Highly recommend Nuno, Manny, and this Danbury Kia. More
