Had a restraint fault that could not be figured out. Charged me a $50 deductible without repairing. Said someone may have spilled something on the seat or it may have been from a car phone cord. Nothing ever spilled and I don’t need a cord since my charger is built in. Also confirmed that this has been a problem with BMW and it’s being investigated. Almost hard to believe! More

This is my 3rd vehicle from Daniels BMW. I have been fortune to establish long term relationships with many of the staff at the dealership which spans over a decade. I’ve been a client of Robin’s for about 10 years. Robin takes the extra step or initiative in cutting back on future services needed as well. He was able to accommodate my emissions and inspection test as well at my latest appointment. MINI of Allentown provides the best service overall from their sales team to their service department. I purchased my second MINI there and currently still make the drive from the Philadelphia area for my maintenance and service appointments. If I’m in need of emergency service I will go to the MINI by me otherwise I’m pretty inclined to contact MINI of Allentown. The availability of having a loaner car makes the appointments less stressful. The prioritization of repairs is helpful so I can plan my budget around the services that need to be addressed immediately or later. Thank you again Robin and Team for keeping Penelope (MINI one) and Figaro (MINI two) safe and ready for the road ahead. More
