I would like to say although I experienced problems with both the vehicles I purchased here they did take care of repairs that were needed. My main concern was having a reliable vehicle. Josh in service was great….had vehicle towed, picked up and repaired. Mike Van assisted when needed. Mr. Berryman the manager is a REALLY stand up kind of man. He kept his word and due to my concerns gave me a FULL refund for the second vehicle I purchased. Thanks for having great integrity. This speaks volumes.

Unless you are willing to take the various questionable charges off that were discussed with your salesman, I’m not interested in talking to anyone until after I get a response from the TN AG consumer protection department regarding my experience with your dealership. That should be shortly. ( Note: I do not see the vehicle anymore, so I’m going to assume it has been sold. I really have no interest in talking to you, since your actions prevented me from buying the vehicle. Though Actions do have Consequences!.)
