I made my first purchase November 2021, returned it got a replacement and it’s terrible also. Dealership did make repairs but fairly speaking both vehicles have been in for repairs more than I have driven th replacement and it’s terrible also. Got 2017 Kia Sorento back about two weeks ago had to have picked up again this week. At this point I just want my money back $$$. In business there are things that must be right: PRODUCT,QUALITY,CUSTOMER SERVICE and FAIRNESS. Thanks Darrell Waltrip Honda. Let’s see how it turns out. I’ll be sure to post. We have had our Honda Pilot serviced there for almost 7 years. We took it in because the AC was not blowing and the car was not cooling. When I called to discuss the issue the service representative became defensive and told me I could bring it in for another service call. The problem is, is that the issue was never fully fixed and they wanted to charge me for an additional service call to fix what have been fixed the first time. They failed to do a thorough diagnosis and completely fix the problem. We know would have received better customer service at our previous Honda Dealership in Ohio. I'm sorry to say, but Darrell Waltrip Honda has lost our business. More

They offered to factory build me a car, so I started telling them what I did and didn't want. Their MSRP they listed on the quote was $1410 over actual MSRP. They also included a bunch of other option telling them what I did and didn't want. Their MSRP they listed on the quote was $1410 over actual MSRP. They also included a bunch of other options that did not want (LoJack $1495, Window Tint $499, Digishield $299, Trunk Tray $192) that totaled $2485. They told me that those additional options could not be taken off even though I was factory ordering my car. All of the factory options that I did want were 2.5-3 times the MSRP of each of the options. In the end the overall markup was $4993 over MSRP. When I asked to have the additional options I didn't want to be removed and to be a little closer to actual MSRP, they told me they didn't want to do business with me because they could get someone else to pay the higher price. So I was looking at a used car online at this dealership and contacted the salesman for a price quote. Included in the price quote was a $1495 charge for a LoJack service. When I contacted the salesman and discussed that I was not interested in activating this service and notated that it is not required by law per my research to be purchased even if it is already installed, I was told by him that the sales manager said that is the price of the car. So be forewarned about their sales tactics there. More
