I bought my Honda Pilot last year, I have had several issues with the audio system for which I have taken it to the dealer for twice now. Last week I took it in for problems with the audio (again), the a issues with the audio system for which I have taken it to the dealer for twice now. Last week I took it in for problems with the audio (again), the anti lock brake system (the anti lock broke engages at random times and its frightening) and water running down in my headlight when I take it through the car wash. Naturally, they said nothing was wrong with the vehicle. "Everything is working as intended", Rick told me. The rental car ended up costing me $200.00. Rick Nicholls has been the service advisor since I bought the car, he has been nothing but rude and unprofessional since day one. I will not go back to this dealer, I will find another one that has better service that can/will diagnose a problem. More
They got my money. Some how managed to tell me that they gave me the TrueCar price but still charged me MSRP. Discovered that fact later after purchase. The service was fine. Kelly and John were friendly and helpful. Car was in the shop for a recall and to have the navigation system updated. Although, I was told ahead of time what it would cost to do this service, I feel Honda should offer it for free through their dealerships. More
