Here’s my story. My wife and I had our 3rd child (3 boys, I know) and we did not have a vehicle that fit all five of us so we need a new car. I was new that this was going to hit our budget and we had to shop smart. Also, buying cars kinda sucks. We searched on the internet and decided to check out a Honda Pilot at Dave Mungenast STL. I was first helped by a gentleman named Jake McRoberts. He was kind enough to give me his cell number so we could chat freely, answer my questions, and set up an appointment the following week. Not pushy at all. Just honest. When my wife and I arrived for our appointment Jake was with another client. After filling in his counterpart, Brian Andersen, about our needs Brian was able to show us the Pilot. Turns out we really didn’t need a Pilot. There was no room in the back of the vehicle and like I said, five kids. So he showed us the Honda Odyssey. My wife and I drove a couple of them but we could tell that this was the fit. Brian worked with our financial budget and we came to an agreement that was perfect. That said, the team was friendly, kind, honest and just a pleasure to business with. Thanks! More
