Sales pro Josh Ulrich earns 5 stars! He has a terrific sense of humor. And, oh yeah….he’s also a great professional! He knew how to connect. And chose a beautiful red Accord for my test drive. SOLD!!! The financing process was as painless as possible. Thanks to management and Nathan Schwarzen who shopped for the best rate, etc. Josh stayed late enough to help us set up the Accord’s basic tech features. Then we drove off, happily, into the sunset… north on Lindbergh — and east on 64 ;-) THANKS JOSH! PS. My only complaint is the set up. We went to the main Mungenast dealership, then sent to the Used Car guys next door. Finally, we told the what were looking for. “A used Honda Accord,” So then we were sent to yet another lot down the street. A bit frustrating. But worth it in the end! More

If I could give them a negative star I would. This place is horrible. They gave us a written price on purchasing my deceased son’s car. We were in town to take care of his things. Wasted 1 1/ This place is horrible. They gave us a written price on purchasing my deceased son’s car. We were in town to take care of his things. Wasted 1 1/2 days while they lied to us. They gave us a price to purchase the car and then backed out. These people also sold him the motorcycle he died on. This dealership is despicable. More
