No high pressure sales tactics and a friendly environment. I was very pleased when I came to the Mungenast Honda dealership looking for a car. It was refreshing dealing with Kurt and he had a lot of patience I was very pleased when I came to the Mungenast Honda dealership looking for a car. It was refreshing dealing with Kurt and he had a lot of patience since I was not 100% sure of how the cars drove that I was interested in. We looked at (and drove) many different suvs in my price range with the options that I wanted and the Hyundai Santa Fe was a perfect fit. I knew what the worth was due to my research and he worked with me. The finance person found me a great rate and three of the employees stayed late to help me finish the purchase. (I am sure any dealership would stay open for a purchase but these guys made me feel comfortable.) I have come back for the free car washes and everyone at the dealership is always courteous and helpful. More

I was pleased to find out that my experience matched this on every level. Everyone was really courteous, professional and overall nice. Working with Gina was exceptionally wonderful. She really worked with me to make sure I was able to get the car that was right for me at a price that I could afford. At no point was I feeling hassled or rushed to purchase the vehicle. This being my first personal car purchase, I was really happy to have this positive atmosphere and energy as I bought a car I absolutely love. More
Mungenast Honda I was on the hunt for the best deal possible on a pre-owned late-model Mazda 3 hatchback or comparable wagon. The blue book for the vehicle I purchas I was on the hunt for the best deal possible on a pre-owned late-model Mazda 3 hatchback or comparable wagon. The blue book for the vehicle I purchased was 15, the car was listed at 13.9, and Mungenast gave me a good deal on the trade in and lowered the cost another 500 because I was motivated to purchase ASAP. I had shopped around (almost exclusively online) and found most dealers were artificially lowering prices or otherwise listing vehicles that were unavailable in order to get you on the lot. Mungenast was not one of those dealerships. All of their inventory that I found was accurately represented online and their response in-dealership was prompt and generally personal. They did send out the auto-populating emails but were not nearly as aggressive or obvious as most other other dealerships. Once I had arrived at the Honda location, I was directed to Kurt Marty, who ended up being the person that I purchased my car with. Kurt was knowledgeable but not outwardly slick or smarmy, which was another refreshing change of pace from most of the car salesmen I had worked with up to that point. While he did balk a little at my honesty regarding the state of my trade-in (I don't see the point in xxxxxxxxxxxx, although I get the feeling that a little more selective dishonesty might have saved me a few more hundred dollars) he gave me a good price on it, and even bumped up the value of the trade in to offset some reservations I had about the car. Kurt proved to be friendly and flexible when I had to repeatedly change the date I intended to make my purchase, and while there was a lot of waiting while my loan application was processed, this is par for the course, as they had to shop around for the best rate with credit unions and banks. I don't have an extensive credit history (this is the first car I have purchased) so the interest rate was higher than I had planned and my monthly payments slightly higher than I had wanted, but I chalk that up to vehicle purchase in general. Mungenast did more than I expected them to to keep my costs down, had the lowest admin fee of any dealership I spoke with, and didn't have any of the bait-and-switch tactics that made the other dealerships barely worth interacting with. I've enrolled in their service package, am getting a free touch up next week, and look forward to a continuing relationship with this branch. I have very high standards that are probably impossible to meet in a traditional car-buying experience, which is why I haven't given them 5 stars across the board. There were a few moments where (never with Kurt, but with other staff) where I felt a little less like a "valued customer" (a term I heard WAY TOO MUCH from all the dealerships I spoke with) and more like a mark, they had Fox News on the TV on the sales floor which was mildly entertaining but dismaying, and they were under construction at the time so portions were a little scattered, but I had a very positive experience on the whole. More

I was still there after closing and she waited until the financing was done and thanked me again. She programed my Bluetooth for me. I will use them for my maintenance in the future. Our goal was to purchase a reasonably priced yet potentially reliable commuter for our teenager. The app I utilized allowed me to send emails to numerous dealers to confirm the availability of the cars that caught or eye. Most of the replies I received were via email only, but what impressed me most was the phone call I received from Kurt Marty of Munganast Honda. He called to tell me the car we were interested in was sold but that a wonderfully clean low mile trade in came in the night before and was going through the mechanical review/inspection and service for placement out on the lot. He invited me to come in and preview the car, which I did, and allowed us to further discuss or needs, budget, and willing to walk expectations. Well I'm happy to say that we communicate a couple more times before coming in for the actual test drive( 2 days later) and we couldn't have been happier with the preparation of the car, how clean it was, how it drove, and the overall experience we received from Kurt Marty and the rest of the internet sales team. Overall a wonderful experience. More

I hate buying cars, selling cars, even maintaining cars. I can count on a couple of fingers the number of new cars I have purchased in my adult life. My wife is the "Car Guy" in our family. She ogles and augles over the style and shape of the wheels, etc. I on the other hand just want the dumb thing to start when I stick the key in the ignition. That said, I had a wonderful experience at Mungenast working with Gina, Dan & Matt. It was late on a Thursday night when my wife & I cracked seal on the front door and all three of them stayed late (along with Dan's wife who works there too) buttoning up the transaction. The help we were given was fantastic and it was really a good time. We picked up the Ridgeline the next night. The delivery went as well as the sales process, we were educated to the level our brains could handle and we drove off as happy campers. It was a great overall experience. I'll be back, maybe in 20 years or so, since I really hate buying cars :-) More
