My wife and I went through some indecisiveness during the process over a few weeks. During the process, Josh was patient, knowledgeable of the vehicles, and never showed any sign of pushing for a decision. After each visit, Josh would tell us to call him if any questions or concerns. And wouldn't contact us, but let us decide when to contact him. Then back through the same routine. My husband decided a CRV would be the vehicle for me. Arriving at Mungenast St. Louis Honda I wasn't entirely convinced I was ready for an upgrade. Joe met us with a smile and a warm handshake. (I like a man willing to shake a woman's hand with a solid grip.). He had a vehicle ready for a test drive five minutes after our arrival. (Benefits of internet communication prior to personal appointment.). The first comment out of my mouth was "that car isn't red", my requested color. Joe assured me that here were several color options available. After receiving helpful pointers from Joe before pulling out of the parking lot, we had a very pleasant test drive. After I selected another color, a second CRV was brought for our consideration. I immediately was ready to finalize our transaction and drive home in a new Honda. Joe was very friendly, personable and professional through the entire process. As a senior citizen I've participated in numerous automobile purchases and have to say that this transaction with Joe Basler and Mungenast Honda has to be the most positive experience.
