Dave Gierse in the Business Office is also terrific. He explained the extended warranties and all the options that were offered and listened and respected my responses without trying to talk me into anything in which I had not expressed an interest. During the process, Josh was patient, knowledgeable of the vehicles, and never showed any sign of pushing for a decision. After each visit, Josh would tell us to call him if any questions or concerns. And wouldn't contact us, but let us decide when to contact him. Then back through the same routine.
