I dealt with Joe mainly online. I am very busy and we negotiated price on new vehicle and trade-in for my old vehicle online. Very fair on both counts. I was also able to see out of it. Since I have been driving it a week now I really love the rear view back up feature. I also love the amount of space in the back for purchase like groceries and dog food. It is actually shortly than my car and leave more space to get around in the garage. Can't wait to take it on vacation. Joe is the nicest guy to deal with and would recommend him and Mungenast to anyone wanting a new Honda. And I would recommend a Honda to anyone wanting a new car, van or suv. More

The constructive feedback I would offer relates to the dealer, not the sales rep. I didn't care for the fact that I was not in an office during the process, but rather out on the floor at a table. Being in sales myself, I understand the dealer is specifically designed that way so people feel uncomfortable negotiating out in public. In retrospect, I also didn't care for the fact that the finance people were unwilling to supply me with the residual value of the vehicle while I was negotiating. I asked on 2 occasions and it was never supplied to me. That said, I probably over paid by at least $1k, almost retail from a lease perspective. I understand this is all part of the smoke and mirrors associated with buying a car, especially leasing. I will consider Mungenast in 3 years, but will not negotiate without that figure. If I do decide to lease another Honda, I'll happily seek Gina Bommarito out again. More

Used Acura TSX Had been looking for a used TSX with a very specific year, color, and tech package option in mind. Kurt continued to contact me in a very low key manner over the next week or so about other TSX's he had and notified me of a "price drop" on one that was not in our original budget. Ended up visiting the dealership last Saturday "just to look" at the car that was out of our original budget. Kurt and Howard were very helpful, friendly, and low key. Once my wife and I decided to buy the car, it took about 5 minutes of "haggling" to get the price I wanted. The paper work was handled flawlessly by Brandon and the actual car delivery on Monday was perfect. Kurt had made sure his shop touched up a couple of cosmetic items in the interior.
