This is the best buying experience I've ever encountered at a dealership. Rich Brennan(salesperson) was quick to reply to all my emails, negotiating was easy (with no BS pushy salesman gimics)and my total at a dealership. Rich Brennan(salesperson) was quick to reply to all my emails, negotiating was easy (with no BS pushy salesman gimics)and my total time invested making my purchase and pickup was under two hours. I ended up ordering a car since they did not have exactly what I wanted. I was given an ETA and they were completely on target when it arrived. With most dealerships when it comes time to pick up your car and finish the paper work you have to deal with the salesperson and finance person trying to push additional extras on you. Not here. Ivo Saric was the finance person I dealt with. He gave my options, I choose those I wanted and refused the others. No hasseling at all! The whole fincance process was very organized and clearly explained. At no point through my buying experience at St. Louis Honda did I feel rushed or pressured. Truely a great buying experience! I visited the dealership three times before buying my car. The first trip (Monday) was to simply to get a close up look at the 2012 Honda Accord which I had admired from afar. While waiting for my saleswperson a 2012 CRV sitting on the showroom floor ncaught my attention but I didn't think I wasinterested in a 4 cyl car. I liked it so much I took it for a very short drive. Josh answered all my questions and suggested I take it for a longer test drive but I didn't have time. I came back the next day and took the CRV for a longer drive and asked many more questions. I wasn't sure about a 4 cyl car so I test drove a 6 cyl Honda Pilot and to my surprise the CRV compared very favorably with the Pilot when considering my driving needs. I came back a third time and after much discussion with Josh, decided on the CRV.k During this entire process Josh was very patient, professional, informative and courteous and I woulde reccomend both he and the dealership to friends. I also metwith the "finance manager" to do the paperwork and althought I paid cash he too was very courteous ande professional. More
Gina was very helpful and extremely professional. She was able to explain all options that were available for my new Honda Pilot. Gina was able to explain the differences between the EX and LX models an was able to explain all options that were available for my new Honda Pilot. Gina was also able to explain to me the advantages and disadvantages of purchasing or leasing. Kurt was very laid back, courteous and patient--seemingly unusual characteristics for a salesperson. As a bonus, Kurt displayed a sense of humor and was just fun to work with. The staff at Mungenast truly make an effort to serve and satisfy their customers. Even when we ran across a glitch with the title documents, the staff worked to efficiently remedy the matter. I would certainly recommend the Mungenast dealership to anyone looking for a Honda! More
I was on the wait list at the local Honda Dealer for a 2012 CNG/GX car since last April. After multiple phone calls and visits, I still did not have any options to buy. I started to look on EBAY. I fou 2012 CNG/GX car since last April. After multiple phone calls and visits, I still did not have any options to buy. I started to look on EBAY. I found this car on EBAY and won the auction. The whole process was smooth. I would recommend Greg & Dave to everyone. I also suggest that Honda make more CNG cars! More

When we first visited the dealership and met Greg, we were so impressed, I assured him, if we buy a Honda it WILL be from you. He made us feel the most comfortable out of all the dealers we met with. Which was an extensive amount. We test drove and met with many dealers over six months of research. Dave (business manager) in the used car division was extremely impressive. His decades of auto dealership experience showed us how good a car buying experience should be. And just ask most people, they'd rather go to the dentist for a route canal.
