Took CRV in for moonroof rattle. Fixed rattle, left greasy finger prints. another trip to clean fingerprints. Left with stain across headliner. another trip in. headliner replaced. Sorry really doesn't cover the 3 trips needed to fix something that should not have been a problem in the first place. and the 3 service people (all men) really acted like they hated their job. More
