Used their service dept. They were excellent and dealt with my warranty company and kept me appraised of the process. My warranty company was dragging their feet but even so, Danny was always super patien with my warranty company and kept me appraised of the process. The service personnel was fine. The problem I have is that we bought a brand new Armada from you in 2017, and already one of the climate controlled seats went out. Since we had driven over 30,000 miles, that we bought a brand new Armada from you in 2017, and already one of the climate controlled seats went out. Since we had driven over 30,000 miles, this was no longer covered under warranty. It is bad business for you to not cover a part that should have never gone out in 3 years time. I refuse to pay $1200 for a part that should have lasted at least another 7 years. Then to charge me nearly $150 just to diagnose the problem is ridiculous. Very disappointed. More
