Their customer care is second to none. This is my fourth Honda so I can honestly say the quality of the automobiles is well respected and known for a reason. Adding superior customer care is simply the icing on the cake. I will return to David McDavid Honda of Irving for future purchases. More

Jon is great to buy from a honda from. Jon makes his own deals having been with this dealership for many many years. He doesn't need to running back and forth to the man who's never met a customer for pric deals having been with this dealership for many many years. My least favorite thing to do is to buy a new car. It has always been such a pain. With David McDavid Honda in Irving it was a much different story. Mr. Salas met me at the time of the appoinment. Was very friendly ans helpful as we looked at the CRV's. He gave me prices on two different vehicles, both good. They did not have the vehicle I wanted on thier lot. Mr. Salas called around and found the vehicle I was looking for and personal drove 50 miles to pick it up. In financing Mr. Mistry a real blessing. No pressure to by something I did not want. I am very happy with my experince at David McDavid Honda in Irving. I will buy again from them. More

Finance department very bad, they will charge all hidden cost. they didn't walk through all cost what they are charging for.no customer friendly. no point of contact. i am totally unhappy with them. Great experience! Very good deal and friendly people...although, make sure you ask them about any extras that were added! They LOVE adding accessories and slipping them in on the price! So after many attempts to buy a new Honda and many nightmarish stories to tell I was driving back to Grapevine dejected. I was greeted at the door by a salesman who I found out later had been there for over Eight hours already. I couldnt tell as his demeanor and humor kept making the decision to buy a car a, dare I say... fun experiance. Once we had agreed on a price the sales manager Jim came out and shook my hand and thanked me for my business. That in itself left a lasting impression.The Finance Manager Darius was informative and quick. He made sure I had a clear understanding of all the paperwork I was signing. When I was ready for delivery My salesperson walked me completely through the car, although it was a little more advanced then I knew he made it very easy for me to figure out the Nav system and set up my bluetooth for me. All in all by far the best experiance I have ever had. No wonder These guys have so many people raving about them and returning over and over to buy cars. Thank You Kraig and Jim I love my pilot. The experience I had at McDavid was the best I have had in 30 years of buying cars.  I got an internet quote, and when I got to the dealer, there were no “surprises” like I got from the other dealer I went in 30 years of buying cars.  I got an internet quote, and when I got to the dealer, there were no “surprises” like I got from the other dealer I went to first.  The internet sales director, Travis, was fast to respond to my emails and phone calls.  The professionalism from the Finance person, Daraius was also unsurpassed.  He was patient with all my questions, and put me at ease with the paperwork.  This is my fifth Honda, but the first I bought from McDavid.  I will never go anywhere else.  They have a customer for life. Everyone in this dealership was very professional. They had the car we were looking for and made it a pleasurable buying experience. Usual dirty dealer tactics of quoting monthly payments instead of the real drive out price. INSULTING supposed sales director. Made me laugh while driving out of the dealership. I could have EASILY gotten my car at his price but he was too insulting. I was insulted by just being at his presence. This went on and on...and he still didn't give me the price at the end. I'm not sure if he was deaf or thought I was really stupid. They should know the kind of people they are dealing with. They must be surviving based on sales traffic in the area alone. Please take your business elsewhere and avoid this dealer at all cost. More
