Mr. Salas met me at the time of the appoinment. Was very friendly ans helpful as we looked at the CRV's. He gave me prices on two different vehicles, both good. They did not have the vehicle I wanted on thier lot. Mr. Salas called around and found the vehicle I was looking for and personal drove 50 miles to pick it up. In financing Mr. Mistry a real blessing. No pressure to by something I did not want. I am very happy with my experince at David McDavid Honda in Irving. I will buy again from them. More

So after many attempts to buy a new Honda and many nightmarish stories to tell I was driving back to Grapevine dejected. A Co-worker had suggested Mcdavid but I didnt realize how close to me they were nightmarish stories to tell I was driving back to Grapevine dejected. I was greeted at the door by a salesman who I found out later had been there for over Eight hours already. I couldnt tell as his demeanor and humor kept making the decision to buy a car a, dare I say... fun experiance. Once we had agreed on a price the sales manager Jim came out and shook my hand and thanked me for my business. That in itself left a lasting impression.The Finance Manager Darius was informative and quick. He made sure I had a clear understanding of all the paperwork I was signing. When I was ready for delivery My salesperson walked me completely through the car, although it was a little more advanced then I knew he made it very easy for me to figure out the Nav system and set up my bluetooth for me. All in all by far the best experiance I have ever had. No wonder These guys have so many people raving about them and returning over and over to buy cars. Thank You Kraig and Jim I love my pilot. More
