He thoroughly explained everything to me and made the car buying experience very easy. Once I bought the car Dan in finance made the paper work portion of the deal quick and utterly painless. Snow day, no worries! I went into Davis Acura due to a recommendation from a friend of mine who works for another dealer but knew that Davis had a car that I was interested I went into Davis Acura due to a recommendation from a friend of mine who works for another dealer but knew that Davis had a car that I was interested in. I went in, met the Manager Ed Riley, who took the time out to come and meet me and talk for a few. He set me up with Ken McDaniel who brought the car from the used car side over to me at the main building. I test drove the car within 10 minutes of looking at it and then drove it back to the used car side. Ken was very down to Earth and you can tell he really cares about the customer. Domenic Visco then came over to help me negotiate with the numbers and was very patient with me. My mother decided to come and check the car out and Domenic and Ken were both very understanding. When she arrived, she felt very comfortable with the staff and what deal I was receiving, Ken even broke the value of the car down which helped me understand and put us both at ease. Lastly, Dan Connor helped me seal the deal and also shared some good advice on my purchase. Those 3 guys were awesome and I really appreciate all of their help and patience with the purchase. More

Great Service on a Snowy Day! Our 3 year lease was coming up shortly and on President's Day my wife and I went to Davis Acura to meet with Rich Conti and discuss our options. The snow started falling more heavily but that didn't deter Rich from being patient with us as we took a test drive and looked at 2 additional cars. Nick in financing was friendly and efficient as well. In the end we got the model and color we wanted and love the lease miles rollover of unused miles to our new lease. Came home with the car and we are very pleased and after the messy snowfall we are looking forward to returning to Davis for our complimentary car washes! More
