As for my situation, I was in the market for a quality pre-owned vehicle. And what made this experience different from the past is that the salesperson (Mike) shared all of the details regarding the work that was performed prior to putting the vehicle up for sale as well as every other fee/ charge, line item by line item, included in the total price. The salespeople are extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and do NOT pressure you into a sale. I personally found there vehicles to be in the best condition of any comparable on the market and the best priced.
