This is the second Acura I've bought from this dealership. First one was 2002 TL type S. I intended to keep that car "forever" - but a distracted driver ended that goal when I was rear ended and dealership. First one was 2002 TL type S. It's twelve years since that first purchase and, while the physical building is much larger and nicer and the faces have changed, it still the same vibe. Bob Mathewson was great to work with - low pressure, knowledgeable and helpful. He recognize our need to decide which direction we were heading with the purchase - another TL or SUV. We ended up downsizing our 2001 Toyota Sequoia for the 2014 RDX. My experience with the service facility has been only from the past with the TL - quick, easy, loaners made available, wifi in the lounge and so on. Very professional all the way around. More
