I sent in my 2020 RDX for the issue with surrounding view camera. The surrounding view cameras stop working (the whole display area is black) at night and the dealer said it is normal and refused to fix the camera. Always great service! I had to have my car towed on a Friday evening so the service center couldn't see my car until the next day. The car (my 2003 MDX) was diagnosed and I had to have my car towed on a Friday evening so the service center couldn't see my car until the next day. I bought my car there 20 years ago in 2002 so I have a 20 year relationship with their service department. More
