Purchase of a used Hyundai Tucson Dealt with Leo Galieno Sales Manager and Chris Manning Product Specialist. Upon finalization of paperwork, I did not receive a copy of my extended warranty paperwork, only one sheet containing the emergency call number. I had to return to the dealership after realizing I did not have. He was not there to help, Mr. Mike Kettler assisted me right away. Today I find that I was not provided information telling me who holds my GAP insurance. Mr. Berry was not very thorough with his job and his personality is quite different from those in the sales department. Leaving you with the impression that you are working with 2 different dealerships. Should I need another vehicle, I would most certainly return to Daytona Hyundai, however I would refuse to have Mr. Bill Berry be associated with my transaction. Thank You. Richard Schmidt More
