My experience at Daytona Kia was very poor. Sales people hanging out smoking in the parking lot approached me even before I got to the showroom door. Took possession of my brand new 2024, Kia telluride, and on the way home the vehicle was acting radically with cruise control, and ability to accelerate. Service advisor Jason Rapp was very helpful and work on the way home the vehicle was acting radically with cruise control, and ability to accelerate. Service advisor Jason Rapp was very helpful and worked hard to get the problem resolved but after five days and two trips back, they replaced the instrument cluster to correct the problem. Not the experience I wanted after purchasing a brand new vehicle. Made everyone aware that the vehicle was to be registered in Decatur, Alabama and as of this date motor vehicle department does not have the paperwork I need to register the vehicle after making a wasted trip to try and complete this. Temporary license plate expires on the 28th of this month and I’m being told there will be fees when finally done and should have been included and paid in the final lease payment agreement. Still do not know how and when this registration will be completed . More
