I was so nervous when we arrived because the service department was packed! But, I got checked in right away, and Angel's estimate of how long our service would take was very accurate. It was ready 10 m department was packed! But, I got checked in right away, and Angel's estimate of how long our service would take was very accurate. It was ready 10 minutes earlier than he said, which was nice. This is random, but their wifi was a little spotty... I lost some work I didn't click Save on enough times, but that's my bad. So come prepared to click Save a lot if you're working! Haha. More

Came in for a complete service with a note about a vibration. Service tech kept questioning me about the tires and rims and were they put on by Toyota or did I install them. I told him that they were vibration. Service tech kept questioning me about the tires and rims and were they put on by Toyota or did I install them. I told him that they were on the vehicle when I purchased it. i guess he did not believe me he then called a manager to ask him. I was told my service was complete. I left with no paperwork because it was not offered. I looked at the service sticker as I was driving down the road it said next service was at 10,050 miles. I was over that when I brought the truck in. I called them back and he said they just put the wrong sticker on. I asked him what they did and he said only checked the vibration. I had to turn around and return to get the service that he said I was not due for. I scheduled a complete service and I had to convince him I was due for an oil change. More
