To be honest, they told me oil & filter change would be around 70$ when I made the appointment over the phone. They charged me over 100$ for an oil and filter change, lady said prices went up. No complimentary car wash, because “it was damaged by the storm” and the cover of my engine had spilled oil everywhere. :/ I used to go to Deluca Toyota in Ocala. I was charged only 60$ and had all the extras and a clean engine every time. I would be happy with some kind of refund or credit. I am very disappointed for the service I received after paying over 100$. Hopefully, it will be better next time. :( More

But, total tire replacement after 27,000 miles ? The service waiting rooms and the refreshment areas are both dingy and not anywhere near the same level as the Lexus dealership in Winter Park. My next vehicle purchase will likely be from that dealership. More
