We had been searching for a Corolla all over Florida for our daughters first car. We come across Toyota of Daytona website one day and began to search through their pre owned Corolla’s. Their website was ve our daughters first car. We come across Toyota of Daytona website one day and began to search through their pre owned Corolla’s. Their website was very accessible and easy to use. We found a 2017 with high mileage and set a date to look at it. Brett Thrower was the salesman who first contacted us about our appointment via text. On our way to our appointment we looked through the website and seen the 2019 with less mileage. We said that when we got to the dealership we would ask to also see the 2019. Well, Brett was way ahead of us.When getting to the dealership her had 3 Corolla’s ( a 2017, 2019, 2020) pulled out for us without our asking. Brett allowed us space to look over each vehicle and when our questions came, he was on top of each question. When we decided which one to test drive Brett was ready to sit in back of car and listen to our concerns and more questions. He was very polite and attentive during the 4 hours we was there. He listen to us and got us a good deal for the 2019. Their was some minor damage to the car that they promised to fix ( a clip to front bumper and scratches to passenger side door and back bumper.) We was excited to make the deal! Our next encounter was with the finance gentleman, Rodney . He sat down with us and explained the breakdown of the loan! He was awesome to explain it directly to our daughter as it was he first time with a purchase this size. He went through all paper work with each of us and helped in our decision. He took his time to explain their plans and what would be helpful for my daughter to purchase extra. I felt he was being very honest with us. We was ready to leave the car for the damage to be fixed on Wednesday. Wednesday came and we got the call from Brett and it wasn’t ready but they would continue to work on it. We was okay with waiting for it to be just right for our daughter. The car was delivered to my home almost 2 hours away but I was unsatisfied with the repairs that was made (except for the rear bumper) called Brett immediately. Brett was able to calm me down with his voice and understanding of me being flustered! He promised if I could bring it back to the shop he would make sure it was done right! In this conversation on the phone a gentleman name Chuck was also introduced to us. He also promised that if we took it back to Daytona it would get fixed. Brett and I continued to communicate until I was able to take it back to Daytona. The day I was able to take the car back I was met by Brett and he had set up a rental ( a beautiful highlander) for me to drive back home. They kept the car for 3 days and called when it was ready. I got back to the dealership Chuck meet me to look over the Corolla and the side passenger door was so beautiful and they explained the clip on front bumper. I was satisfied with them Fixing the damage on the vehicle. Chuck was very kind and made sure I was happy. Over all, website was excellent, Brett was overly excellent, Chuck was very pleasant and very helpful. I recommend everyone to shop with Brett Thrower at Toyota of Daytona!
