They did the service that I requested. Service was competed in a reasonable amount of time. I was expecting my vehicle to be washed when the service was completed like my dealership in M Service was competed in a reasonable amount of time. I was expecting my vehicle to be washed when the service was completed like my dealership in Maryland that I purchased it from and regularly go for service, it wasn’t. The service writer is not listed on your list below(Hans) and he admitted he was new there. Twice I had to remind him that the service was to be covered under Toyota Care Plus, he tried to give me an invoice. He was courteous about it at the end. Thanks More
