Steve was my service advisor today and refused to do my oil change just turned off my service light told me it was for my wheel change even though my oil change sticker said I was due and I had a service l oil change just turned off my service light told me it was for my wheel change even though my oil change sticker said I was due and I had a service light. I just chose to leave verse argue with him. I have 70k miles on my car and have been servicing my car properly with no issues but apparently my car requires 10k before an oil change not 5k. Highly unprofessional and doesn’t know how to do his job. More
