I brought in two cars which caused confusion on who would handle each vehicle. Mr. Robinson stepped up and took over both. Everyone was very professional and courteous. If you use hepa filters in your A/C systems, that would make things safer from Covid transmission standpoint. Would make for good advertising too, if you posted it. The service was for an oil change and then found I needed rear brakes. There was a glitch but it was resolved. The part that I'm confused about is the height of the brake pedal. When I had the front brakes done in the S.C. dlrship, the brake pedal engaged approx halfway from the floor not approx 2 inches from the floor. In my mind, the brakes feel like they need attention in this position. More
