I was not pleased with Tanya’s attitude towards me when I asked her to write up service needed and I would show my husband. She walked away in a huff and then sent somebody else to me to present the key and asked her to write up service needed and I would show my husband. I explained to her that I am unemployed due to Covid ( no compassion at all) just said regardless my car needed work done but did not go into detail about what it needed. I have been looking at new Toyota’s on your website and due to this incident I will most likely go to another dealer. bought 4 Toyota’s from you in the past and I EXPect better treatment from your service department! Was able to get a quote for tire replacement quickly, granted it seemed a bit high, John did ask what price range i was looking at and tr efficient.
