Didn't even deserve one star. Traded in a perfectly fine low mileage luxury vehicle as I needed one specific modern feature. I was assured that their vehicle was so equipped. Only AFTER all the papers were signed did I learn that the salesman LIED to me about this feature, that was missing. I later cancelled the extended warranty ( since I will get trade it in shortly) and told the finance person and the sales manager about being lied to AND NEITHER EVEN ASKED FOR THE SALESMAN'S NAME! So obviously this behavior is their M.O.!!! More

A little confusion on whether my car had Apple CarPlay or not. Tech said no.. after sales associate and manager had said yes. Troy (sales) and Jeff (cus service mgr) called me immediately to resolve issue. T not. Tech said no.. after sales associate and manager had said yes. Troy (sales) and Jeff (cus service mgr) called me immediately to resolve issue. Turns out sales was correct and tech was wrong. Time will confirm when I drive all the way back from Orlando to get CarPlay capability installed by service center. At the moment... not totally happy but not totally unhappy either. More
